Excellent communication and composition skills. General understanding of office systems and basic accounting. Valid VI driver’s license required

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in research, data analysis, or program evaluation in an educational or governmental setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, SAS, R, or Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data.

Experience with commercial or governmental accounting and the VI Government’s financial management system is preferred.
