PHONE SERVICE RESTORATION

The Virgin Islands Board of Education (VIBE) would like to advise the public that phone service has been restored in our St. Thomas office. We would like to thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this internal issue, and apologize for any inconvenience caused as a result.
