$45,000 grant to active VI Government official or employee, for a one-year leave of absence for study at the college or university level, or for advanced training, or for specialized training in areas vital to the VI Government. Nomination from the Governor of the Virgin Islands, the President of the Legislature, the presiding Judge of the District and Superior Courts, the Administrator of St. John, or the Agency head. Subject to additional terms.
