190z. Ruth E. Thomas Scholarship Fund for Teacher Education

Notes: $5,000 grant per year for a maximum of two years to pursue graduate studies in elementary or secondary education. Must be bona fide residents of the Virgin Islands who have taught within the public, private or parochial school system for a minimum of five years. Subject to additional terms.

190y. Kenneth Harrigan Scholarship

Notes: One male student from each district receives $3,500 grant per semester for eight (8) semesters to pursue a degree in early childhood, elementary or secondary education in any curriculum area (other than physical education) which meets the academic requirements for teacher certification in the Virgin Islands. Subject to additional terms.
